I first heard of Transition Spain from a parent whose son had experienced a month-long trip away with Transition Spain during the Easter period. He had enjoyed his time with Transition Spain so much that he returned that same summer. That was good enough for me so I began the enrolment process for my daughter. The responses I received from Transition Spain from the very beginning were superb (and I had a lot of questions!). They replied promptly and answered all my questions. I enrolled my daughter for the following year where she went to Granada for the month of March. Communication with the TS team was superb from start to finish (especially with Sergio!). We got almost daily updates on what the group were doing whilst over there and lots of photos to appease all us mammies (thanks to the ever brilliant and hilarious Sergio!). Emma said her Spanish teacher was superb and her level of the language has improved so much. She is going to take up online Spanish lessons with them in September as a result. Emma’s host Isa was unbelievable – so kind, thoughtful and like a second mammy to her whilst she was there which was very reassuring for us as she was so well looked after and in turn this helped Emma to truly settle in and experience the best Granada had to offer. It’s such a beautiful city! Emma made lots of friends whilst there and some of these she’s still in touch with today. I’m happy to report that I would 100% recommend this experience for anyone and I know Emma would go back to experience it all again in a heartbeat if she could.
