TY students At Transition Spain we aim to integrate the key components of Transition Year – space to learn, mature and develop without exam pressure, time for students to follow up on interests, work to their strengths and set their own goals. Our immersion programmes epitomise the Transition year philosophy and help students become well-rounded individuals. An action-packed programme providing daily Spanish lessons, daily activities/excursions alongside integration with host families and local Spanish teens. Mission Statement Our primary mission is to provide a unique learning experience for students who participate in our Spanish Language and Cultural Immersion Programme. The Transition Spain team aim to encourage teamwork and participation by working together and seeing any challenge as an opportunity. We aim to ensure all of our students and team-mates optimise their experience with us by guaranteeing that everyone is well looked after by encouraging inclusivity, respect and offering 24/7 support. Whether your intention is to make the most of your Transition Year or brush up on your Spanish for the Leaving Cert, our summer immersion programmes are an ideal option. Based in Granada, an paradisal destination for activity-based learning in Spain and just 45 minutes from the beautiful coastal beaches of Andalucía. Daily intensive Spanish lessons to improve comprehension and communication skills, while also focusing on the Irish syllabus for Leaving Cert. Transition Spain offer an action-packed summer programme with a multitude of fun activities, including water sports and excursions. Extra Spanish grinds available on request.
